Lost and Found

I am lost.

As I drive, I see unfamiliar roads.
I turn blindly right, I turn blindly left.
I keep along my path, unaware.
Unaware of my destination or my past.

As I cry, I see unfamiliar signs.
And yet I continue on.
Something pulls me forward to the unknown.
Through the darkness I drive on.

As I listen, I hear unfamiliar cars.
Blindly, I stay within the lines on my right and left.
I follow the cars around me, unaware of my speed.
I am a follower, driving on a foreign road.

As I pray, I feel a warmth begin to cover me.
As I look up, I see my mountain in the distance.
My mountain bathed in brilliant morning light.
Now I have my own path. Now I have a purpose.

I am found.
